unexplained process

<p>so my mum visite a psychtrist on the network i now would like to know how do we get the medication that the doctor has prescribed since the keycare plan is very strict. we have been given access to visit the above professional yet we are now blocked from recieveing the next degree of treatment. </p> <p>secondly my mum has visited a premier plus gp to request registration of the diabetic care program but the doctor is so busy and not getting chance to register her yet we have been to the dr twice i blame discovery and not the r cause they have removed good doctors from the network and over burdened the remaining doctors with keycare patients leaving the patients to suffer half the year has passed and she is deprived from the diabetic care program. </p> <p> </p>
