Unexplained Debit off my account requires consent

Where is the logic when I call to ask why an extra debit went off my bank account and the consultant says I need power of attorney to do so. ITS MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!under my very own name when I checked on my ID!!!<br> This has been an ongoing problem for a year. Whenever I call in I get asked for power of attorney despite the member sending the form 1 million times. I dont want to know his medical condition, I want to know why you taking extra money from my account. Debiting my account is good but me asking why so much is a problem? LOGIC???
