UNEXPECTED BILLS AFTER HOSPITALIZATION IS CRAZY

my son was in hospital and i was told that the follow up appointment after his discharged from hospital will be free out of hospital follow up appointment. well guess what i got a bill. also i got a bill from the physiothe****** how on earth can you not pay a single blue cent towards it? My son had protracted bronchitis which required physio to help him breath better. this damn medical aid is a schelp seriously then i get told i must get a motivational letter from the doctor stating why he needed Physio then it will be reviewed for you guys too see of you will pay the claim thats utter ********! SORT THIS **** OUT. I WANT MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME. NO CALL CENTER AGENT
