My claim reimbursment was declined because I did not register for the pregnancy and baby programme before I sent through my claim. BUT you did not bother to properly communicate this to me!! your client services was in contact with me via phone and email regarding my pregnancy and yet failed to mention this new process to me!!! Your only means of communicating this was by having info sessions at our work places , what about those who were not at work on that day? Are we just left to be ****med out of our money ??!!You are very quick to stipulate the rules and regulations but fail to communicate to us! I WANT THE OUTCOME REVIEWED , I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PAYMENT WHEN YOU IDIOTS ARE AT FAULT!
