********* and GREEDY DISCOVERY HEALTH AT IT AGAIN!!!!

On the 26th of June 2018 I wrote to Hello Peter complaining about Discovery Health playing CAT and Mouse Games with me. Eventually they accepted my son's PMB application. But it has been a struggle to get them to pay out. They would claim they never received the invoices and would make my doctors change codes 10 times before they eventually paid.There are still doctors that remain unpaid to this day!

I have claimed for a specialised chair for my son since November 2017 and till today Discovery doesn't want to pay for the chair. We have given them quotations, changed codes as they want and wrote motivations but still nothing. They would tell me that my savings is used up and cant pay. But why did we go through all that pain of filling up those PMB forms, doctors drafting medical motivations etc? Why did Discovery approve our PMB application if they will come back and say my savings have been dilapidated? I am sick and tired of these games by Discovery. I am investigating the possibility of taking them to the Council for Medical Schemes for their ********* behaviour.
