The documents provided and online information provided confirms that I have cover up to R3000.00 per year!!.<br> <br> Within my cover period I went once to the GP and optometrist. <br> <br> On Tuesday evening I arrived at home to find a letter from Discovery saying I owe them R2954.00, an amount used above my cover. A bit baffled as I know I regulary check my savings on line and note that before i went to the optometrist i have over R2000.00 (+) savings still left.<br> <br> I then called Discovery today and spoke to and Agent who advised that ACTUALLY, Discovery only gives you R400 (+) savings a month. I was appalled by this as this was the first time I have heard about this. I advised that I too am an insurance assessor and specifically read through all T&C's of the policy and no-where does it stipulate this. I requested that the lady refer to the page but she couldn't as there is nothing in my policy.<br> <br> I was transfered to the supervisor - I explained to him that this is ********* as no where does it say I can only use R400.00 (+) a month and that no broker advised me of this. <br> <br> Discovery is selling products and not explaining the T&C's properly. I know owe them R2954.00 which I feel I am not liable for!
