Uncaring Medical Scheme, only care about the money

I terminated my membership with Discovery Medical Health Due to financial difficulties I am facing. Only after termination was I informed I owe them money. I did not challenge that but advised the agent I was dealing with, I won't be able to pay in full but will only do so in 2 installments. After paying the first installment, I did call and inform them and also promise I will pay the remaining this month and she confirmed no problem, I won't be listed, now I get an email notifying I have been listed on the credit bereue. I've never seen a business whose primary focus is profit, not caring about its members, now I won't have any financial assistance because of that
