UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE, NO WORDS

Someone very helpful at discovery called me, helped me solve my query, phoned to give me feedback almost every second day. I thought wow, such amazing service. In fact 3 different people called me after I had issues and cancelled. I was almost swayed to stay but then you disappointed me again by making false promises of resolving this. I actually have no words for how disappointing your service is and how you just don't give your clients any feedback. You lost a client!!! DON'T BOTHER TO CALL ME TO RETAIN ME, IT'S NO USE. I GIVE UP!!!
