UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!

In 2021 my dad was approved for an operation that he has to go for, He could not go because my mom got sick. He asked for auth for the SAME operation in 2022 and guess what it was declined, because now all of a sudden its not covered under his plan, which is bull because why approve him then in 2021??????????? HE HAS TO GO FOR THE OPERATION BEFORE IT BECOMES CANCEROUS........I must honestly say, this is so disappointing, they assisted my mother with all her medical things, but now they have all sorts off problems with my dad. I want to know, if a Dr tells you that this needs to be removed urgently, who the hell is the pre-auth agent to decline it because of WHAT????
