Unbelievable - Chronic medication with held for R29 co-payment

I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am with Medxpress and the chronic department. Anin has been the listed medication and from last year it has been out of stock. I was given an alternative Zartan and due to the supplier being out of stock I did not make co-payment. In February I was told that I have to make a co-payment for this tablet as it is not according to the formulary. So I was given another alternative Zario and I did not make any co-payment. I received a call yesterday from Bernadette to say Anin is back in stock, so I agreed to get the Anin. Today I get a call from Llewellyn to say they don't have Anin and the supplier has discontinued Anin and I must now make a co-payment for the medication that was supp**** to me for the past 2 months with no co-payment. Llewellyn said he has to get it from another supplier but cannot tell me when he will get a response nor when I will get the medication. I am being unfairly disadvantaged, instead of giving me the same medication that you have given for the past 2 months, and then sourcing a supplier you want me to wait for however long it takes. I don't think that is fair. You are holding my medication for R29.
