Unauthorized transactions

Discovery is a **** I was comparing affordable medical aid schemes and I got a call from a discovery consultant. I explained very well what I want from a medical aid and thereafter I explained that I just wanted to enquire. After Enquiring I got another phone call approximately a week later, This Discovery consultant made me give up my credentials to him and I explained that I am not the one who will be paying the medical aid therefore I am not going to give out my banking details to him. As I am typing this, Discovery keeps debiting from my account and it keeps bouncing back then I have to deal with bank charges for a debit order I did not authorize, I disputed the debit order but Discovery is still making unauthorized transactions with my bank account , this is unacceptable!
