Unauthorized debits from cancelled subscription

I cancelled my medical aid over a year ago, no claims ever made, I had this medical aid for about 2 months in 2019. Tonight, almost a year later, a debit order went off my account for R871 labelled Discovery Premium. Where do you get off charging me for a service I have never used and haven't been subscribed to for almost an entire year???
