Unauthorized debit - totally irate n unnecessary... Discovery health

On the 04 May 2018 I had an unauthorized debit from Discovery health of R914. I opted out of the medical aid last year May and joined another in July. I want my money's to be deposited back into my account with immediate effect as it's unauthorized n this is *******.
