Unauthorized Debit order ,more than double the amount.

Account was debited by more than double supposed to be R1652 and an amount of R3354 was deducted, now account has gone into the negative because of Discoveries incompetence or lack of integrity. This is totally unacceptable, many of your customers as complaining about the same issues. You'd better sort out this issue very quickly and reimburse. You are going to be losing a lot of customers. I will be cancelling my Fiancé's plan now.
