Unauthorized debit, medical aid canceled

You keep debiting my account even though i canceled. I told you guys i was unemployed therefore couldnt continue with medical aid, why did your agent choose to end medical aid 31 march instead of feb? Now when i complain you say i owe you? How is that possible when the medical aid was not even active due to financial strain? Please stop debiting my account ********ly and causing me charges for insufficient funds, I do not have an income
