Unauthorized Claim on my behalf

<p>I sent a query to the info email, and Marisa Valentine, decided on my behalf that she will submit a claim and deplete my savings to R0. She did this because she coould not get hold of me. If i want to submit a claim, i would have sent it to claims, how can a claim be accepted from an employee who just decided this without my authorisation?????THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND REGARDED AS A ********** ACTIVITY.</p>
