Unauthorized activation

Good day

My name is Nokuthula Radebe I'd no ***, some months back I received a call from a lady telling me about vitality and I clearly stated that I'm not interested and she went on to say that its OK she just wants to tell me about the vitality. I listened to her and clearly told her that I'm not interested and she said she will give me the free trial and then it will go away after 3 months. I clearly again told her that do not want vitality and that it should not go off on my account as active as I'm not interested. To my surprise this month vitality is active on my account. I would like a record of that call that came thru to my number *** so I can proof that I clearly stated that I'm not interested. I would also like that vitality to be canceled and I will taking this matter further and also to the ombudsman as it shows that Discovery is tricking clients into making sales targets.
