Unauthorised deduction of money from my bank account

I wrote hear before. I saw this morning that Discovery Health deducted an amount of R116 from a bank account that I don't use anymore (I moved to another bank). I don't know what the money is for???? I didn't gave them permission to do this. I tried for four months last year to create a beneficary with Capitec for Discovery. These two mighty institutions can't make an app working for five months now. It is useless to try and phone and more useless to try an speak with a stupid robot that is giving me a permissions telephone number.
