Unauthorised debit order for more than double my current premium

I am a keycare plus member and have had my premium more than double without any notification or contact been made. Now my account is in overdraft and caused other payments to bounce. I have been calling since the morning and having no luck. If this matter cannot be resolved please consider me no longer a discovery client.
