Unauthorised debit order

This is not the first time I complained about debit order. Even last year I had a similar problem where out of no where more than R5000 was debit in my account. I app**** medical aid with them a year ago but I was told so many stories we ended up cancelling everything. Suddenly again this year I get a debit order of more than R5000 now my other debit orders much bounce because of negligence. Every year I must complain about debit order. Yet I don’t even have a medical aid with them. But money out of the blue must be debit. Not even a single day I was called concerning medical aid.
