Unauthorised Debit Order! Bad service

I have requested to cancel my medical aid numerous times over the past couple of months! Every time they say that it had been cancelled and the debit order will not go off again… but still goes off every single month! This has given me a bad credit score as they just deduct whatever amount they please. Absolutely ridiculous
