Unauthorised cancellation

<p>I recieved an email stating that my vitlaity is cancelled, without any reason.</p> <p>I did not request it to be cancelled and my points should not fall away. All my premiums are paid up and I have never missed a premium nor paid late.</p> <p>This needs to rectified immediately.</p> <p> </p>
