Unautherized Debit order

What a way to start a Friday , waking up to an unauthorised debit order from Discovery Health of R9708!!!!!! My premiums are paid up to date ad is only in the region of R1800 per month!! and funny that Discovery Health cannot tell me why or what the R9708 that they deducted from my account is for!!!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! i get told that i have to send my bank statements to some or other email address and that it will take 3 days to investigate! So discovery will sit with my money in their account for 3 days!!! I am so over discovery health that i think it is time to move to another medical aid that actually cares about their customers! SHOCKING AND PATHETIC TO SAY THE VERY LEAST!!!
