Unapproved chronic medication not even requested

<p>I received a letter today saying that an unspecified medication has not been approved in my 'request for a reveiw of my chronic medication'.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. The medication for this condition has been approved for over two years now</p> <p>2. I did not request a review or new cover for this condition, and in fact renewed my script 3 days ago, which was covered on chronic</p> <p>3. The letter does not refer to any medication, so is clearly a form letter that Discovery Chronic department automatically send out, because they do not approve ANYTHING without you and your doctor spending hours on the phone, writing letters etc.</p> <p>4. What the heck is going on there? Am I covered or not????</p>
