Unacceptable services

<p>Up to date discovery has been very disappointing, firstly they change their plan on their side so that you no longer can visit your regular Doctors and then when one want to change the plan on you side they refuse what ******* is that... They increase their premiums but lower the quality of service... And then everywhere you go you are expected to make pay upfront so what is the use of their medical aid as they never refund you even when they say that they will they never do. </p>
