Unacceptable service received

I am very very disappointed with the service we have received from Discovery Medical Aid with a recent hospital admission for my wife who was very sick.

Initially her admission was not approved and after the Specialist had to motivate the admission it was approved. Then only 2 weeks later Discovery declined to fund the hospital admission, in hospital scan, pathology tests and other accounts.

After I disputed the rejected claim Discovery declined again. I had to pay a large sum of money from my own pocket.

After more than 15 years with Discovery this not acceptable. I will leave the scheme and definitely not reccomend them anymore to anyone. Unless they come to the party and pay the accounts.
