Unacceptable service and dual standards

Discovery Health (DH) underwriters are clearly trained to reply with the same "brain washed" response whenever questioned. They do not know how to read and understand their own Scheme's rules! They apply different rules to suit themselves and then hide behind the fact that the "underwriters reserve the right" to make what ever decision they deem fit. There are dual standards when it comes to adding Adult Dependents to the medical plans. Traditional Marriages are accepted where one can have tow or more wives - the wives are treated as Adult Dependents irrespective of the monthly income! Yet an adult who is 21 years old, a full time university student, 100% dependent on his parents, but earns a small income is denied the right to be added to his parents medical plan. Two (2) weeks of constant emails and communications and the matter is still unresolved!
