Unacceptable service!

I am having an issue where Discovery is refusing to pay a clam of mine out. I will not back down from this as I did nothing wrong. My original claim was declined because the Travel Clinic Boksburg had an issue with their practice number not being the same as the records discovery had. It took months for them to fix as there was lawyers involved ect. Not my problem. I resubmitted the claim once everything was fixed and now its declined because i missed the " claim window". I find this utter BS and unacceptable. I want this corrected and i want to be paid out. I don't pay these exorbitant medical aid rates to get this kind of response on a claim.
