Unacceptable level of service

I have had the opportunity to experience a good medical aid and now a very bad one. Discovery Healths service has deteriorated to the point where I'm wanting to jump ship. After getting pregnant I realised how important a semi-decent medical is except, discovery is anything but that. All gynae bills, scans, and doctors birthing fee I had to pay upfront. All of this while paying over 2k per month towards medical aid for the main member. The worst is when I claim back. Firstly, you never get the full amount back, apparently you supposed to be fortunate to get 50% back. Secondly is the claims process. My claims submission is always an issue. Either the image uploaded via the app is not clear or it is never processed via the claims email box. I'm tired of this pathetic service which I have to pay for and then STILL DO MYSELF. Please discovery, explain your purpose in life except for conning people out of money? I will never considering getting pregnant again while on Discovery after having such a pathetic medical aid experience with my first. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for my last claim ********** 060
