Unacceptable behavior from Discovery Medical Aid

I have been battling with Discovery since last year. I phoned Discovery on the 19th of November 2020 and received incorrect information and subsequently went to see a psychologist based on this incorrect information.

I have subsequently been busy with Discovery for approximately 15 hours and this matter has still not been resolved. They were supposed to come back to me by Friday the 15th of January 2021 and there is still no response.
