UNACCEPTABLE!!
Zero sympathy. Zero empathy! A cancer patient, 75 years old, who is all of a sudden bed ridden, is denied authorization to a cancer facility hospital! Although it was accepted before! He is being FORCED to be admitted to a hospital where 1 hr after being discharged, he needed emergency medical service ! That's how reliable YOUR CHOSEN NETWORK hospital is! What would you do if this happened to your parent???
