I am trying to call Discovery on the ***number, I am making the correct selections on the key pads for the relevant department for assistance and the call keeps stating you have not made any selections. Please contact me urgently and get your telephone system operational. I further went to log a complaint on the website and it refers me to the website again, what technology is this, old school is better, time to look for a simple insurance company.
