Unable to cancel vitality

I have tried cancelling my discovery vitality today(Sat) as waiting till Mon will fall into another month which means getting charged for an extra month because of their notice period.

Their vitality email address now bounces and says that it is not being monitored. This is ridiculous as they sucker you in for another month and you can't do anything.
