*****ulent claim on medical aid 28 June 2023
*****ulent Claim on Discovery medical aid for Southern RX pharmacy. I have never gone to this pharmacy nor do I know where it is , a claim of R881.40 was made on the 28 June 2023, kindly assist in reversing this.
