Dear Discovery Team, I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the poor service I’ve received and the unauthorized changes made to my medical aid profile. I discovered today, while sick and in need of medical attention, that my designated primary doctor has been changed without my knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the high premiums I pay monthly for this medical aid. Had I not visited the doctor today, I would not have known about this change. As a result, I’ve had to pay out of pocket for medical care that should have been covered, due to an error or *****ulent action on your side. I demand the following: 1. A full investigation into who authorized this change and how it was processed without my consent. 2. Immediate reinstatement of my original primary care doctor. 3. A full reimbur*****t for the consultation I had to pay for out of pocket today. 4. A written explanation and assurance that this will not happen again.

Please treat this matter as urgent. I expect feedback within 24 hours, failing which I will escalate this further, including reporting it to the Council for Medical Schemes and considering legal action.
