Tytohome device

I need a answer on the tytohome device. It includes the 1st year userfee, yet no one can give me the breakdown of this userfee. How can you include it in the 1st year, if you don't know what the userfee costs. I need to know this information so that I know what am I in for every year. I can't buy into this, and then 1 year later on renewal the costs are excessive and cannot afford it. I need to know how much it costs. Latest reference number: *** 45 min on call and no answer.
