Typical Usless health plan

Its so sad that thousands of South Africans pay thousands of their hard earned money for a useless medical aid. I have upgraded my plan and still getting ****ty doctors. I am not happy with my current Rheumatologist and is looking for a new one. I am in Bedfordview, willing to travel all around. Sandton, Randburg, Germiston, Benoni, which is about 30km from here. The next Rheumatologist that is on the Discovery network is in Pretoria!! You only have 1?? 1??! Seriously. I even went the route of payment out of pocket and then claiming back. The consultation is R1500 and Discovery is R618.40!! Its truly a joke. You people take us for a ride and all you can say is "too bad, so sad" "Another complaint, lets just eat their money" Literally. Now, I will get a blank call from a "support" person saying "we are sorry you feel this way, here is my direct email address if you have any concerns" BUT NO SOLUTION
