Trying to pay membership

I want to pay my membership fees by doing an eft. Been trying to get the banking details without success. The whatsapp number is not manned by a human. You cannot get hold of a human consultant. The website and the app does allow me to pay. The consultant that eventually came online said she'll send me the eft information. It's been 4 days and I haven't received anything.
