Trying to log a query

I have an issue on doing an online assessment. I am trying to log a request with Discovery. The only options is to look at "quick answers" (this will not resolve the matter or to phone. I do NOT want to phone and wait for a consultant, I want to send you a query but that facility is not available on your website
