Trying to join for over a week

Since last week monday I have been trying to join discovery. I have already cancelled my current medical aid. There are no numbers where you can phone THEM to join. you have to fill in the web query and wait to be called by a consultant. a week later and I am STILL waiting. Really sad. Very concerned about service levels or lack thereof. Reconsidering my decision to join ....
