Trying to get discovery to Process a Chronic Medicine Application...Or Just Even Reply to an E-Mail

I have seen a specialist and have some medicine that needs to be put on chronic. The forms have been filled in and signed, and submitted to discovery. Despite getting an E-Mail back immediately that they have received the application, I have heard nothing about the application. I E-Mailed them to REMIND them about it, again no response. Even CC'd the Deputy Chief Executive Office, Ryan Noach, with no reply.
