benefits *****.... why does discovery reject your claims for Trauma when you admitted to hospital and this service should be covered under emergency benefit.

As when i called before going to the ER i was advised on the call recording of the 15/11/2018 that my admission via the ER would be covered esp since i was admitted now i am receiving mails saying i need to make a cash payment as medical aid rejected my claim due to no savings available. how do the advisors con and lie to the patient / client about the services made avail to them...
