Trustworthiness?

I'm getting the impression more and more that Discovery Health is investigating all possibilities how to avoid payment of their member's claims. Discovery Health rejected 4 of my claims with the following codes:<br> 458:Your healthcare provider needs to send a new claim and include the tooth numbers. You do not have to pay the amount on this claim.<br> 2:We have not paid this amount because your membership was not active when the treatment was done.<br> 633:We have not paid this amount as the maximum dosage allowable has been exceeded for this patient.<br> 458 - My statement from my dentist clearly showed the tooth number (T:11), however Discovery Health used code 458 twice to avoid recognition and payment of two treatments to the amount of R 1289.00 and R 620.00<br> 2: - Treatment to the same tooth was done on the same day as the other 2 treatments (458) - BUT refused because I was not a member at the time of THIS treatment. The amount for THIS treatment was R 1132.00<br> 633: - My doctor had to change my medication due to my health history (heart)
