Treatment for unforeseen injury refused / declined !

I have a medical aid , but I'm not allowed to use it , despite the fact that I can hardly walk anymore and have to pay for MORPHINE tablets out of my OWN POCKET just so that I can at least do my daily work and earn a living !

What now ? What must I do and where must I go ? I am useless ! Thank you Discovery for NOT even attempting to try and help me out of my current situation. Just wanting a Myelogram and 1 day in hospital approved so that the Specialist can establish WHAT and WHERE the problem is in order to establish the way forward. The exclusion of 12 months on my back and neurostim implant (done in 2012 by Discovery) has NOTHING to do with my current back problem that arose in Nov-2018 which has been an UNFORESEEN injury (like you misstep , fall and break a leg / arm) , so I get refused treatment too ?

So , I can hardly live a normal life , spending my off time and time at home (weekends , holidays) in bed due to pain (so bad that I can hardly walk / sit properly) ! And I have to lecture too at the University during day time , 3 times a week , 7 hours at a time (standing on my feet) and of course ****ING my back ! Is that fair treatment ?

What are my options ? Where must I go to get help ? Or must I pursuit the legal route ?
