My daughter was booked in today to get operation done and to be told that no authorisation was done u cannot authorise maybe medical aid is not covering the operation ..number 1she was booked for Sat at 6..we woke up and drove to Tshepo Themba hospital Tobe told no booking no authority I must leave..my daughter is in pain she got flu aswell ..the hospital is telling me to call you otherwise no help..i NEED A Manager to call me this is ******* treatment I have worked hard for this money I pay you to be treated like a street kid at government hospital...I u to call me now now...
