treating my pregnant wife like trash...

my wife has been trying unsuccessfully to get help from discovery via social media, this website and the contact centre but has been ignored or passed around at every avenue. it unacceptable, and it is concerning her pregnancy. our baby is due in a matter of weeks and i am most disappointing in the service she has received during this time. I would appreciate someone actually contacting me and not just promising to contact , to resolve our query because it is not being taken seriously. at this point after our baby is born i am seriously considering moving to another medical aid, I've been a member of discovery for almost 20 years and to be treated this terribly is disgraceful.
