treated like 3rd rate citizen

My organization is affiliated with Discovery health, so I processed my application in January, today is the 24th of March and I am nowhere. <br> <br> The biggest bone of contention lately is the fact that I have PCOS, it got so bad I even wrote to the medical aid council because I thought they have failed to list my condition as one of the recognized chronic conditions. All they needed to do was tell me if they will impose a waiting period etc, or whatever requirements they had. <br> <br> I have been sent from pillar to post, the worst service in my life. I app**** to Fedhealth 2 days ago, this morning I have an sms confirming my application has been approved, and I spoke to someone in the chronic illnesses department, and I know what to do concerning my PCOS treatment. <br> <br> Thank you for the nightmare before I joined you, I am sure dealing with you would have been an even bigger headache.
