useless call centre when needing a trauma authorization number. still waiting 20 minutes later for someone to answer the phone. I'm going to need a skilled consultant for the trauma their phone line is causing me

1st call: 4 minutes wait and then the consultant hung up by mistake
2nd call: 26 minutes wait, ran out of airtime
3rd call: still waiting. My waiting-induced headache increases by the minute

can I claim my unneccessary phone bill charges against Discovery?
