Trauma COVID - Bills unable to reach Discovery Health
I had a horrified experience during Covid.
But life goes on....I receive a Debt summary from Discovery health. I tried numerous time to reach them. Without any success
Putting me on hold for hours Cutting me off Holding for the next operator that never picks just silence
Emotionally drained
