Transfer of Funds to New Medical Aid

In July 2015 I transferred to Fedhealth from Discovery as I moved jobs. I requested through the call centre the process and was told by Mikhail need to provide the new membership certificate and the savings remaining shall be transferred to Fedhealth. I supp**** all relevant documents and received a mail from Nontobeko Gama saying by law they have to transfer to the savings of the new medical aid and will be done so in 5 months. Yesterday however I notice that funds appeared into my personal account which is incorrect and can have tax implications for me. Naniki from the contact centre helped me out and requested I fill in the withdrawal form and send it through, thereafter I need to pay the amount into the claw back account and it will be transferred thereafter to Fedhealth. I did get a call from another agent in Durban who states that the form is incorrect and I have to do the transfer to Fedhealth myself, which is legally incorrect. This is passing the buck for mistakes by Discovery. I request that this be sorted out, a reversal done and the funds transferred to Fedhealth as originally requested. This is what happens when a simple process takes 5 months.
